Thanks for visiting!
Tai Chi Quan is a slow, gentle, and effective form of exercise. With diligent practice, it may improve flexibility, muscle strength, balance, posture, and stress relief. It is suitable for all ages and physical conditions.
At Tai Chi at the Center, we practice Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Osteoporosis, Tai Chi for Diabetes, Tai Chi for Energy and our newest form, Tai Chi for Strength and Balance.
Tai Chi for Arthritis is based on the Sun 73 form and was designed by Dr. Paul Lam of the Tai Chi for Health Institute in Australia.
Tai Chi for Osteoporosis and Tai Chi for Diabetes are both a combination of Sun 73 and Yang movements as designed by Dr. Paul Lam.
Tai Chi for Energy is a combination of Sun 73 and Chen style movements and also designed by Dr. Lam.
Tai Chi for Strength and Balance is based on Traditional Sun movements and was designed by Troyce Thome of San Clemente, California.
